Peter Noss
Executive Director
As Executive Director of Asura, Peter brings an innovative vision for the future of homecare that is accessible, personalized, and uplifting. His desire to help homecare improve lives is ultimately what brought him to Asura. Under his leadership, Asura is meeting the changing and diverse needs of people using Community First Services and Supports (CFSS) throughout Minnesota.
Before leading Asura, Peter spent more than 12 years in leadership and direct care positions within the homecare and nonprofit industries. Peter holds a Bachelor’s Degree in English Language and Literature from Minnesota State University Moorhead. He enjoys spending time with his nieces and nephews, and caring for his two energetic dogs, Roux and Joe Biscuit.

Yia Lee

With more than 20 years of service and working with underrepresented communities, and more than five years as a leader in Minnesota homecare, Yia brings his broad experience and perspective to Asura. He is passionate about understanding and creating services that meet the unique needs of people in all their diverse life situations. He is dedicated to upholding Asura to standards that focus on empathy and putting people first.
Yia holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and a Master of Business Administration degree. Yia enjoys spending time outdoors with his wife, son, and daughter exploring all the natural resources that Minnesota has to offer.

Katie
Consultation Services Supervisor
Katie brings more than 20 years of dedicated experience in health and human services to the Minnesota homecare community. Her Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree has guided her skills in a wide variety of healthcare settings, advocating for patient care and effective delivery of crucial health services.
Her deep understanding of health systems helps her provide insightful guidance and support to interdisciplinary teams, ensuring that they remain at the forefront of best practices. When she is not supervising Asura’s consultation program, Katie enjoys spending quality time with her family, engaging in community events, and exploring new golf courses.
